When can I buy the toolset?
The toolset opens after the Kindle launch period. Join the notice list on this page and we will send one email when it opens. Until then, the free sample and the tool trials are open to everyone.
How does the 1-year plan renew?
It renews automatically every year at $39 until you turn renewal off. Your account page shows the renewal date.
How do I cancel?
Open your account page and choose Manage billing. In Stripe's billing portal, cancel the subscription. You keep access until the end of the year you paid for, and you are not charged again.
What happens when a 2- or 3-year pass ends?
A pass is paid once and never renews, so nothing is charged when it ends. Access stops on the date shown on your account page. If you buy a pass while you still have access, the new term starts when the current one ends.
Are taxes included in the price?
Prices are in U.S. dollars. If sales tax or VAT applies where you live, Checkout shows it before you pay.
How many documents can I check?
With the toolset, 50 documents a month; the count starts again on the first of each month (UTC). Without it, you can try the checker on 3 documents a day of up to 4,000 characters, and the citation lookup 5 times a day.
