Indiana: Supreme Court or Court of Appeals
The rule on parallel citations
Parallels optional. The regional reporter (the official one only if there is none)
“All published opinions must be cited by giving the title of the case followed by the volume and page of the regional reporter (or official reporter if no regional reporter exists), the court of disposition, and the year of the opinion. E.g., In re Leach, 34 N.E. 641 (Ind. 1893); Todd v. Coleman, 119 N.E.3d 1137 (Ind. Ct. App. 2019). Parallel citations to two or more reporters are not required.”
